Changed your mind?

If Pocket Stacks isn't for you, email support@pocketstacks.com.au within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. Your access code is then switched off.

If something's wrong

Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If Pocket Stacks has a major failure (for example, it doesn't work or doesn't do what we said it does), you can choose a refund. If the problem isn't major, we'll fix it within a reasonable time, and if we can't, you can have a refund. These rights apply whenever you bought it.

Please tell us what went wrong, with a screenshot if you can. Most problems can be fixed quickly.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Bought through a marketplace? Their refund process may apply as well.

Your figures after a refund

Your figures are on your device, not with us. Export a backup first if you want to keep them.
